CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY: We do not service children at this time. We are an intimate salon with an upscale home feel, so our duty is to provide a professional atmosphere at all times. As a courtesy to other salon clients, we ask that you please refrain from bringing a guest or children that are not being serviced. Salon space is limited, and we would like to reduce the interference with paying clientele.
Cancellation Policy
Effective January 1, 2026, a credit card is required to hold all appointments.
When appointments are forgotten or canceled without enough notice, we lose the opportunity to offer that time to another guest. Because each appointment is reserved personally for you, the following fees apply. A card on file is required for all booking methods: in person, online, and by phone.
• Less than 24‑hour notice results in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
• “No‑shows” are charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
• Multiple services not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
• For large or multi‑service bookings, 50% of the total service cost will be charged to reserve the appointment time.
One‑Time Waiver
As a courtesy, Snippers Salon offers a one‑time waiver of cancellation fees for new clients. After this courtesy waiver is used, all future late cancellations and no‑shows will follow the full cancellation policy.
